ISOCAF S.R.L. at the Inauguration Ceremony of the Bluenergy Stadium
On April 1, 2025, ISOCAF S.R.L. proudly took part in the inauguration ceremony of the Bluenergy Stadium in Udine, held at the “LEGA CALCIO SERIE A” headquarters in Milan. This event marks a milestone in the journey toward energy sustainability within Italian football. Formerly known as Stadio Friuli, the stadium is now the centerpiece of an innovative initiative, becoming the first sports facility in Italy to host a Renewable Energy Community (CER).
Our contribution focused on the refurbishment of the stadium’s roofing system. We installed a Broof (t2) certified TPO waterproof membrane, ensuring high resistance to fire and weather conditions. We also prepared the support structure for over 2,400 next-generation photovoltaic panels, covering a total area of 4,615 m² and capable of producing approximately 3,000 kWh per day.
The ceremony was attended by representatives from Udinese Calcio and Bluenergy Group, who highlighted the significance of this project for both the local community and the national sports landscape. One of the key points presented was the launch of “Energia in Campo,” a Renewable Energy Community initiative that will allow club supporters and local businesses to share the energy generated by the stadium’s solar power system.
We are proud to have contributed to a project that not only enhances the energy efficiency of the stadium but also promotes environmental sustainability and engagement with the local community.
