- Ensuring certified Broof T2 or T3 solutions for roofs with photovoltaic installations, preventing fire hazards caused by short circuits.
- Promoting solvent-free products.
- Prioritizing worker safety, facilitating operations with lightweight, easy-to-handle membranes.
- Encouraging the use of high-reflectance COOL ROOF membranes, reducing surface temperatures and mitigating the “urban heat island” effect.
- Implementing sustainable solutions that allow for the reuse of existing materials, minimizing or eliminating demolition waste.
In recent years, we have embraced concepts like Green Building, Bio-Architecture, and Sustainable Construction, collaborating with industry leaders to build LEED®-certified buildings.
LEED® (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) is a voluntary certification program applicable to any building type (commercial or residential) and covers the entire lifecycle, from design to construction.
LEED promotes a sustainability-oriented approach, recognizing building performance in key areas such as energy and water efficiency, CO2 emissions reduction, indoor environmental quality, material selection, and site planning. Developed by the U.S. Green Building Council (USGBC), the system awards credits based on compliance with sustainability criteria.
The total credits determine the four certification levels: Certified, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. Isocaf provides LEED®-certified roofing solutions, developed through preliminary technical analysis in collaboration with suppliers and clients.
