Sotto quota, locali interrati e fondazioni

I sistemi impermeabili per fondazioni sono progettati per proteggere le strutture interrate dall'infiltrazione di acqua e umidità, garantendo la durabilità e l'integrità dell'edificio. Questi sistemi prevedono l'uso di membrane impermeabili (bituminose o sintetiche), prodotti pre-getto e post-getto confinati, resine o prodotti cementizi

La soluzione più idonea andrà valutata considerando eventuali pressioni idrauliche negative da acqua di falda, prestazioni anti-radon, funzionalità ed affidabilità dei sietmi.

Protezioni fondamentali per prevenire la fruibilità dei locali interrati, danni strutturali, umidità negli interni e degrado dei materiali, specialmente in aree con falde acquifere elevate o terreni umidi.

Smaltimenti e Manutenzioni

Manutenzione ordinaria e straordinaria: Interventi regolari per garantire il buon funzionamento della copertura e riparazioni occasionali per risolvere problemi imprevisti o migliorare le prestazioni del tetto.

Rimozione e smaltimento della vecchia copertura: Rimozione sicura e smaltimento ecologico dei materiali della vecchia copertura, preparandola per una nuova installazione.

Installazione Tetti Verdi

Le coperture a verde pensile estensive ed intensive sono sistemi progettati in conformità alla norma UNI 11235, che stabilisce i requisiti tecnici per la corretta progettazione, esecuzione e manutenzione dei tetti verdi.

Le coperture a verde estensivo sono leggere, a bassa manutenzione, con vegetazione graminacea o succulenta, richiedono pochissima acqua in esercizio e sono ideali per tetti con limitata capacità di carico.

Le coperture a verde intensivo prevedono un substrato di spessore più elevato, maggior peso, con arredo a verde più vario, come tappezzanti, arbusti o piccoli alberi, richiedono maggiore manutenzione ed adeguata irrigazione.

Entrambe le soluzioni migliorano l'isolamento termico delle coperture, la gestione delle acque meteoriche rallentando notevolmente la loro velocità di deflusso, e l'integrazione ambientale degli edifici.

Coperture Metalliche BAC – ACIER

Possiamo progettare e realizzare solai metallici autoportanti con sistemi BAC ACIER, costituiti da lamiere grecate in acciaio, elemento termoisolante ed elemento di tenuta, progettati per garantire la massima flessibilità, pesi contenuti ed elevata resistenza alle sollecitazioni sismiche. Utilizzati principalmente per coperture in edifici industriali e commerciali, offrono rapidità di installazione, buona capacità portante e costi contenuti.

Coperture Zavorrate in PVC-P, TPO e Membrane BPP/BPE

Tetto caldo: La stratigrafia prevede l'elemento termoisolante posizionato direttamente al di sotto dello strato impermeabile, mantenendo tutti gli strati protetti dalle escursioni termiche. Garantisce un'elevata efficienza energetica.

Tetto rovescio: L'elemento termoisolante è collocato sopra l’elemento di tenuta, proteggendolo dagli agenti atmosferici e da eventuali danneggiamenti meccanici, migliorando la durabilità del sistema. Soluzione ideale per tetti coperture piane con protezione pesante e parcheggi/coperture carrabili.

Tetto semi-rovescio (o sandwich): Ottimizza le caratteristiche del tetto caldo e rovescio, con l'elemento termoisolante disposto sia al di sopra che sotto l'elemento di tenuta. Caratterizzato da elevatissima affidabilità e durabilità, con protezione ottimale dell’elemento di tenuta.

Coperture BROOF resistenti al fuoco esterno T1-T2-T3-T4

Offriamo un supporto tecnico completo agli installatori di impianti fotovoltaici (FTV), ai Committenti ed agli Studi di Progettazione al fine di sviluppare le predisposizioni necessarie e le soluzioni conformi per ottenere la certificazione Broof e garantire il rispetto dei requisiti e delle certificazioni richieste dalle normative vigenti per scongiurare il rischio di incendi sulle coperture e limitare il rischio di propagazione del fuoco.

Le coperture Broof T1, T2, T3, T4 rappresentano sistemi certificati per la resistenza al fuoco esterno, secondo le normative Europee. Queste classificazioni indicano il livello di protezione contro la propagazione delle fiamme in caso di incendio. Le coperture Broof T1 offrono una protezione base, mentre le classificazioni T2, T3 e T4 garantiscono livelli crescenti di sicurezza, con T4 come il massimo grado di resistenza.

Questi sistemi sono ideali per edifici soggetti a CPI in cui la sicurezza antincendio è una priorità, come strutture industriali e commerciali.

Coperture COOL – ROOF in TPO, PVC e BPP

Le coperture Cool Roof sono sistemi di copertura ad alta riflettanza solare e alta emissività termica, progettati per ridurre l'assorbimento di calore solare e abbassare la temperatura della superficie del tetto, per il contenimento del fenomeno definito “isola di calore”.

È previsto l’impiego di prodotti con finiture riflettenti, come membrane bianche o rivestimenti speciali, che migliorano l'efficienza energetica degli edifici, riducendo i costi di raffrescamento e contribuendo ad un minore impatto ambientale, soprattutto nelle aree urbane. Queste soluzioni sono ideali per il risparmio energetico e il miglioramento del comfort interno durante i mesi caldi.

Pacchetti di copertura ad alta riflettanza, ideali per il contenimento del fenomeno “isola di calore”.
