A residential construction and urban regeneration project in Milan, Abitare in Maggiolina integrates architecture and nature, offering a unique, innovative living environment. The Maggiolina district is known for its picturesque landscapes, lush gardens, and historic villas.
The project emphasizes high construction quality and energy efficiency, in line with the prestigious residential complex in central Milan.
Isocaf designed and installed a series of high-thermal-resistance waterproofing systems, terraces, and premium finishes, using modified polyolefin TPO and PVC, along with a rainwater drainage system.
The technical design and detailing were completed in four months and continued throughout the project using CAD software.
