Genova Waterfront Levante – By Renzo Piano
ISOCAF S.R.L. is proud to contribute to the construction of the Levante Waterfront, the prestigious project designed by the renowned architect Renzo Piano, which is transforming Genoa’s seafront into an innovative and sustainable urban area. This redevelopment project redefines the relationship between the city and the sea, introducing new residences, public spaces, a marina, and pedestrian walkways designed to enhance quality of life and access to the coastline.
Since March 2023, we have been working on the waterproofing of the complex’s roofs, covering a total area of 21,000 sqm, including residences, the Palasport arena, parking facilities, and other key structures. To ensure maximum protection and durability, we are applying a TPO waterproofing membrane with BROOF T3 certification, a solution that offers high resistance to fire and weathering, while preserving the long-term integrity of the buildings.
The work is currently ongoing and represents a significant technical and logistical challenge, given the architectural complexity of the structures and their strategic seaside location.
