Triumplina Retail Park
“Triumplina 43” opened, creating around 250 jobs. The 50,000 sqm area had been abandoned since the early 2000s, following the relocation of Idra Presse.
The structure includes two underground parking levels with 1,500 spaces, an entry and exit on Via Triumplina, and an attached supermarket.
Isocaf designed and installed a series of BROOF T3 fire-resistant waterproofing systems in modified polyolefin TPO, suitable for photovoltaic panel installation, including waterproofing for underground walls and foundations.
The technical design and detailing were completed in two months and continued throughout the project using BIM technology.
