Mirandola Shopping Centre
At the Mirandola Shopping Centre (MO), Isocaf S.r.l. carried out a waterproofing intervention over a total surface area of 13,500 sqm. The works, commenced in September 2025 and recently completed, were aimed at resolving existing water ingress issues and upgrading the roofing system to meet current fire safety regulations, within a fully operational commercial environment.
The site was organized to ensure full continuity of commercial activities. Waterproofing works were performed during daytime, while more critical operations—such as skylight replacement and vertical lifting of materials—were scheduled during night shifts, minimizing interference with customers and on-site operations.
A key feature of the project was the management of the existing photovoltaic system, which remained fully in place throughout the entire duration of the works, without dismantling.
This required a highly precise execution approach: the new Broof T2-certified TPO waterproofing membrane was installed beneath each panel, ensuring full continuity of the waterproofing system without interfering with the existing structure.
In parallel, targeted interventions were carried out across the entire roof, including waterproofing beneath installed equipment and parapets, eliminating all potential critical points and ensuring uniform performance across the full surface.
All works were executed in full compliance with safety regulations, a key priority for the client and an integral part of Isocaf’s operational methodology, which includes rigorous planning, continuous quality control, and careful management of each construction phase.
The project was completed with the full replacement of all skylights. A complex project, delivered without interruptions and with a highly precise execution approach, where every operational detail contributed to the final outcome.
